Only 2 local grape varieties are used for the Riserva Carlo Alberto, namely the DOSC Moscato D'Asti and the Erbaluce di Caluso.
The white vermouth is flavored with 25 of the best herbs and spices that are macerated for no less than 40 days. After filtering, the wine matures for another 3 to 6 months in Piedmont barrels.This top vermouth is presented in a truly beautiful and impressive bottle based on the Palazzo Madame and the Gran Madre di Dio church in Turin.
