Since 1990, they have been buying Malt and Grain Whiskey in Scotland and Canada, which they matured in an old unused train tunnel of 361 meters long. Because the whiskey only matures in Japan, it can still legally be called Japanese whisky. Kiwami means excellent in Japanese, this blend was made on a small scale for the French market.
