Hierbas de las dunas
Hierbas de las Dunas is a liqueur made from eighteen types of herbs, flowers and plants from the dunes. Although a liqueur is usually made with dried herbs, creator and chef Syrco Bakker (restaurant Pure C, Cadzand) uses only fresh ingredients.
The result is a drink with a pure, salty-sweet taste that is perfect as an aperitif, digestif or in a cocktail.
