Hibiki Harmony

First released in the summer of 2015, Hibiki Japanese Harmony was created by the Suntory Whiskey blending team, led by Master Blender Shingo Torii with malt whiskeys from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries and, for the larger component in volume, grain whiskey from the Chita distillery. The whiskeys come from 5 different types of barrels, including American white oak, Sherry and Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. This marks the start of a new phase of the 'no age statement'. Light, accessible with notes of orange peel and white chocolate.
