Ginius serves as an ode to our brutal North Sea. This is the first London dry from the range where they choose to make a spicy gin that richly touches the entire palette. Bay leaf provides a unique spiciness in combination with the fresh citrus of pink grapefruit, black pepper, cardamom and lavender. The Ginius has built up a strong reputation at international competitions in recent years and was one of the top 8 London dry's in the world in 2016.
 Perfect serve: 15cl neutral Indian tonic and a slice of grapefruit.
