When opening the bottle, your sense of smell is welcomed by a fresh juniper scent, complemented by the presence of citrus. No perfumed scent, but a pleasant and not too dominant presence. When drunk neat, you taste a wonderful balance between juniper berries and infusion of herbs and citrus zest. The sage is latent and gives the whole a nice aftertaste. A promising start!
